What KindFinch is

A UK private limited company selling a digital product.

Customers purchase a personalised digital card from KindFinch Ltd. The payment is not presented as a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible as a donation, and does not give the buyer control over who receives support.

The story behind the card

A thoughtful digital product, built to let small kindness travel further.

KindFinch creates personalised cards worth keeping. The product comes first; the wider purpose is explained through a published Kindness Fund method, careful reporting and clear limits on what is promised.

A real product

Personalised before payment.

Choose the style, names and message first, then pay securely through Stripe and download the finished card in two formats.

A clear structure

UK company, published policies.

KindFinch Ltd sells a digital product. Purchases are not presented as charitable donations, and planned impact is kept separate from verified results.

A simple promise

Clarity before big claims.

Transparency, privacy, quality and simplicity guide how the product and the wider mission develop.

Small purchase, pooled potential

Why $3?

The price is intentionally easy to understand and modest enough for a thoughtful everyday gesture. The wider potential comes from many real product purchases being pooled—not from overstating what one card can guarantee.

One purchase

$3

One personalised digital card, prepared before checkout and downloaded after payment.

One hundred cards

$300 gross

A larger pool of product revenue before payment fees, taxes, refunds, disputes and direct transaction costs.

Published target

80 / 20

The current target applies to the net amount available after direct transaction deductions: 80% to the Kindness Fund and 20% to essential operations and delivery. In simple terms: the amount left after payment fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and specified direct transaction costs.

This illustration does not promise that 100 cards fund a particular family, bill or outcome. Actual allocations are based on net proceeds after payment fees, taxes and other specified direct deductions, and are reported only when verified.

How it works

Personalise first. Pay securely. Download in card or Story format.

Personalise your card right before payment. Once Stripe checkout is complete, you can download your finished digital card instantly in a premium 4:5 format or a vertical 9:16 Story format. If you need help recovering it, use the paid-card recovery page or contact info@kindfinch.com with the buyer email and order reference.

01

Choose a style

Choose from Signature, Botanical, Rose, Midnight Gold, Celebration, Lavender, Ocean Calm or Sunrise Glow, then select the card occasion.

02

Personalise before payment

Enter the recipient name, sender name and message exactly as they should appear. The personalisation is securely stored with a KindFinch order reference before checkout, so a paid card can be recovered later.

03

Pay through Stripe

04

Download instantly on screen

After successful payment, Stripe returns you to KindFinch and the finished high-resolution PNG becomes available. How support moves

From a $3 purchase to documented practical support.

This is the operating path. Payments are processed through Stripe, while actual fees and taxes may vary by card type, customer location, currency, refunds and disputes.

Step 01

A $3 card is purchased

The customer receives personalised digital content. The payment is a product purchase, not a donation.

Step 02

Direct transaction costs are deducted

Payment-provider fees, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, chargebacks and unavoidable sale-related costs are recorded.

Step 03

Distributable proceeds are calculated

In simple terms, this is the amount left from each $3 sale after payment-provider fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and specified direct transaction costs are deducted. We do not present the full $3 gross price as though every cent were available.

Step 04

The planned allocation is recorded

Our current target is 80% of distributable proceeds for the Kindness Fund and 20% for essential operations and delivery.

Step 05

Needs are verified

Evidence, trusted contacts, supplier checks and anti-fraud controls may be used before support is approved.

Step 06

Support is delivered and reported

Aggregate figures and support categories are published without turning a recipient's hardship into marketing content.

Illustrative formula

$3 sale − payment fees, taxes and other specified direct deductions = distributable proceeds

In simple terms: this is the amount left from each sale after payment fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and specified direct transaction costs have been deducted. The published allocation target is then applied. Reported results will be based only on completed, verified activity.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you order.

KindFinch Ltd now accepts secure card payments through Stripe. These answers explain the product, delivery and impact model in clear, practical language.

What do I receive for $3?+

A personalised digital gratitude or greeting card prepared from the style, name and message you approve before payment. After successful payment, you return to KindFinch and download the finished high-resolution PNG in your browser. The buyer receives a private recovery link by email; direct recipient delivery is optional. After downloading it, you can also share it via WhatsApp, email or any social platform you prefer.

Can I get a refund?+

Because the personalised digital card is generated immediately after payment, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once generation begins with your consent. This does not affect your rights if the card is faulty, misdescribed, duplicated or not delivered. See the Refund Policy for details.

Is KindFinch a charity or nonprofit?+

No. KindFinch Ltd is a UK private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17344448. It is not presented as a registered charity, nonprofit organisation or government programme.

Is my purchase a donation or tax-deductible?+

No. Your payment purchases a digital product. It is not described as a charitable donation and is not presented as tax-deductible.

How much of the $3 reaches the Kindness Fund?+

The current target is 80% of the net amount available from the sale, not 80% of the gross $3 price. In simple terms, this is the amount left after payment fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and specified direct transaction costs have been deducted.

How are individuals or families selected?+

Selection is intended to be based on verified human need. KindFinch Ltd may request proportionate evidence, consult trusted local contacts or organisations, verify suppliers and apply anti-fraud checks. No buyer or applicant has an automatic entitlement to support.

Can I choose who receives support?+

Normally no. Eligible amounts are intended to be pooled so needs can be checked fairly and recipient privacy can be protected. A specific campaign would say clearly if a different model applies.

How may support be delivered?+

Possible methods include direct supplier payments, essential-goods purchases, controlled vouchers and verified local delivery partners. Unrestricted cash will not be treated as the default method.

How often will impact reports be published?+

The planned cadence is a quarterly summary once there is sufficient activity, plus an annual overview. Reports will include aggregate figures and methods while protecting recipient privacy.

Will the figures be independently audited?+

Not at launch unless an independent engagement has actually been completed. KindFinch Ltd will not use words such as audited, assured or independently verified without publishing who performed the work and what was reviewed.

Does one card directly support one family?+

Not necessarily. Purchases are intended to be pooled. A single card is not promised to fund one named person, bill or household.

Can a company place a bulk order?+

Yes. Companies can request a Corporate Kindness Pack for employees, clients or partners. Campaigns can include personalisation, optional company branding, scheduled delivery and an agreed Kindness Fund allocation with a clear summary. KindFinch confirms the scope and quotation before any commitment or payment.

Can I pay now?+

Yes. Personalise the card first, then pay securely through Stripe. After successful payment, return to KindFinch and download the finished card immediately. A private recovery link is also emailed to the buyer. If you explicitly select direct recipient delivery and enter a valid recipient email, KindFinch also sends the private card link to that address.

Transparency & mission

A published method, followed by published results.

KindFinch Ltd is designed to turn a modest digital purchase into a product for the customer and a measurable impact commitment for the company. Our current target is to allocate 80% of the net amount available from eligible sales to the Kindness Fund and 20% to essential operations and delivery.

Sales are now accepted through Stripe. Allocations, partners and support results will be reported only when they are real, documented and suitable for publication.
